Answer: I grow and ship all perennial & shrubs in Jumbo One Quart Pots. I grow and ship annuals in a large 4.5 Inch Pot (see picture)
2.) How are your plants different from any other online/mail-order company?
Answer: Simply, my plant size, quality, low prices, and professional service is unmatched by the competition.
3.) What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Answer: I guarantee my plants to be healthy and true to name upon arrival. If for any reason you disagree, I will refund your payment in full upon return on any unsatisfactory plants.
4.) How do I know if a plant is hardy (perennial) in my area?
Answer: Find out what hardiness zone you live in and only purchase plants recommended for that zone.

Answer: Shipping is only $10.95 per order. (ANY size order)
2.) Is there a box and handling charge?
Answer: Yes, but it is only 39 cents per plant.
3.) How will my order be shipped?
Answer: Your order will be shipped via FedEx (Home Delivery). We can not ship to Post Office Boxes.
4.) How are my plants packaged?
Answer: Each plant is carefully wrapped and secured individually inside heavy duty boxes to ensure safe arrival. I also back this up by my 100% GUARANTEE.
5.) When will my orders be shipped?
Answer: NewGardenPlants.com will start shipping as follows:

Once we start shipping to your zone, we will continue to ship on a weekly basis. Plants will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days and arrive to you a few days after they have been shipped.

7.) Do you ship outside the United States?
Answer: Sorry, currently we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Security Policy: Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We are unable to make changes to your account information including billing and shipping information.

Answer: Sorry we do not have a printed catalog.
3.) I am having problems paying for my order?
Answer: Your billing address MUST MATCH the address on file with your credit card. If you continue to have problems notify me a pete@newgardenplants.com.
1.) May I add additional plants to an existing order?
Answer: YES, Just submit additional order and upon checkout type in the coupon code box "addtoorder" (in lowercase no spaces) and please select same ship dates for all orders being added together. Also please put order id# from previous order in comments box.
2.) How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Answer: You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email the day we ship your order.
3.) What if my order does not arrive or if I’m not satisfied with it?

4.) How do I cancel my order?
Refund Policy: We understand that from time to time, you will need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please send your request to Pete in an email along with your Order ID number. All orders cancelled 24 hours prior to shipping will be fully refunded within 7-10 days of receiving the request. Returned items will be refunded within 7-10 days upon receipt of the returned items. 100% of the plant cost will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
